With a storefront that looks more like a TV-studio kitchen from the 1940's, Billy's serves nostalgia in the form of delicious homemade cupcakes. The traditional vanilla and chocolate variety ($2.25/each) join more adventurous flavors such as coconut, banana and carrot. Ask for some assorted sprinkles, available free of charge.
